Returns

We want you to feel confident in every Prospero purchase. Should you wish to make a return we’re here to help.

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original packaging

We cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us immediately and provide details and photos of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.
